Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when contacting us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
